ABOUT INTRO TO PERSONAL TRAINING

I offer FREE Intro to Personal Training sessions.

Sessions last around 20-30 minutes and give us a chance to get to know each other, talk through your challenges and goals and figure out the best programme for you, with no pressure to start Personal Training if it’s not what you’re looking for.

ABOUT VIDEOCALL PERSONAL TRAINING

VIDEOCALL Personal Training is an affordable option for those who prefer to work-out at home using a few pieces of simple equipment, in the gym, or from anywhere in the world, by dialing into your 1-1 session with Marco using FaceTime, WhatsApp or another method of video call. You will receive all of the specialist advice, accountability and support that in-person clients receive, making the most of your workout and keeping you on track.

What’s included?

  • 1 free on-boarding call during which we will discuss any concerns and present or past injuries

  • 1-hour 1-1 training sessions with all of the same expert advice, encouragement, and motivation that you would receive in-person. You will need access to a method of video call and you may wish to set up a camera tripod so that you can get on with your work-out. If you’re at home you will need a few pieces of simple gym equipment, which Marco is able to advise you on.

  • Tailored training programme that is progressively modified to you
