Born in Palermo, Sicily, Marco Giannone is a highly regarded and passionate bilingual personal trainer, supporting people in the UK and Italy.

“I have always been passionate about health, and those early experiences led me to pursue a Level 4 Elite Personal Training certification, the highest level of industry recognition.

I studied personal training for more than 10 years and have worked with professional athletes and prepared people for military and police entry fitness tests.

After studying at The Italian Fitness Federation, I moved to the UK in 2019. Now back home in Italy and based near Perugia, I now combine my love of fitness and nutrition to help clients live better. Speak to me about online personal training wherever in the world you are. Subject to discussion and where you are based, I can also offer home visits.

My focus is on form, posture, injury prevention and injury recovery as well as training people for athletic events and pre-match fitness.
